2. Clean & Tidy Use
   Shared spaces such as the kitchen, bathroom, and living area must be kept clean after use.

3. No Smoking / No Parties
   Smoking indoors, loud noise, and parties are strictly prohibited.

4. Proper Use of Facilities
   Any damage caused to the property or items provided may result in a repair or replacement charge.

5. Legal Compliance
   We operate in accordance with Japanese law, including the submission of passport information for foreign guests.

6. Cancellation Policy
   Please refer to our strict cancellation policy listed below.

当施設をご予約いただくことで、以下の基本方針にご同意いただいたものとみなされます：

1. 他のゲスト・近隣住民への配慮
   常に他の宿泊者や近隣住民への思いやりを持ってご利用ください。

2. 共有スペースの清潔保持
   キッチン・バスルーム・リビングなどの共有エリアは使用後に清潔に保ってください。

3. 室内禁煙 / パーティ禁止
   施設内での喫煙、大きな音、パーティ行為は禁止です。

4. 備品・施設の適切な使用
   施設や備品に損害を与えた場合、修理または交換費用を請求させていただくことがあります。

5. 法令遵守
   外国籍の方には、日本の法律に基づき、パスポート情報の提出をお願いしております。

6. キャンセルポリシー

ご予約の確定をもって、上記規約に同意いただいたものとさせていただきます。
