Refund Policy（返金ポリシー）

For all bookings:

• If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, the total amount is non-refundable.

• If a guest cancels within 48 hours of booking and the check-in date is at least 30 days away, a full refund will be issued.

• In case of a no-show or early check-out, no refund will be provided.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or message).

• Transaction fees and currency exchange differences are non-refundable.

すべての予約に対して、以下のキャンセルポリシーを適用します：

• チェックイン日の30日前以降のキャンセルは、全額返金不可となります。

• チェックイン日の30日以上前で、かつ予約後48時間以内のキャンセルは、全額返金いたします。

• 無断キャンセル（No-show）および早期チェックアウトの場合は返金不可です。

• キャンセルのご連絡は、必ずメールまたはメッセージでご連絡ください。

• 返金に伴う振込手数料および為替差損は返金対象外となります。
